With a background in accounting and human resources management, he began his career handling assessment data and designing tests at the Ministry of Finance. His passion for English language teaching and assessment led him to pursue a Master’s in TESOL at the University of Melbourne, where he focused on educational assessment. Today, he works at Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN, where he bridges education and data by designing psychometric tools, automating analysis with R and Shiny, and creating innovations that make government training programs more effective. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at academic conferences.
